Default Company Location Assignments

  • It is now possible to configure a default company location on a per-case-type basis.  This capability ensures that all new cases and requests can be siloed into the correct location when the case is created and without manager intervention.
  • Case requests can now be assigned a default location using this configuration.

Case Update Enhancements (Replies, AI)

  • When replying to a case update via the interface, the body of the update being replied to is now visible during the editing process.  
  • Trackops now offers several artificial intelligence (AI) integrations in the case update module, allowing customers the ability to quickly perform common actions to clean up text and enhance content.
    • Note: Due to regulations, this service is not currently available in Canada.

Trackops Video Updates

  • A new release of Trackops Video (1.4.16) has been released, which resolves several compatibility issues for Windows devices.
  • The credential system has been updated to better remember stored accounts.

Quickbooks Export (IIF) Changes

  • The ability to change the client name format has been added to the Quickbooks IIF Export, making it easier to segregate invoices from different client locations in Quickbooks Desktop.

Expense Updates

  • It is now possible to get charting on the Expense Distribution Report when grouping by expense item or item code. 
    • Note: You cannot chart "hours" on these metrics.
  • There is now a link to view expense entries in a list when viewing the Expense Snapshot on a staff profile.
