Identity Verification for Shared Links
- Trackops now supports identity verification when sharing links to files, including links shared as case update attachments and manually generated links.
- Identity verification works by confirming the person using the link has access to the email address the link was originally delivered.
- Enabling identity verification can be done when sending a case update or when generating a new link from the Files tab on a case.
- You can define the default behavior for enabling identity verification on the access group configuration for the access group associated with the case update.
Trackops Mobile v1.12.9 Released
- A new version of the Trackops mobile app was released (v1.12.9) to the app store, which addressed some compatibility issues, improved performance, and resolved a few bugs on Android devices.
Max Upload File Size Increased to 10GB
- The maximum upload file size has been increased to 10GB (previously 5GB).
- Mobile and Video Apps are still currently capped at 5GB, but updates are in progress to increase these limits as well.
New API Endpoints Available
- It is now possible to make updates to existing subjects via the Subjects API endpoint.
- It is now possible to make updates to existing cases via the Cases API endpoint.
- It is now possible to upload new files to existing cases via the Files API endpoint.
