New: Case Update Categories
- It is now possible to organize case updates by categories, making it easier to search and filter out updates that are of a certain type.
- Using the category document tag, you can now insert specific types of updates into generated documents, where previously all updates in eligible access groups were always included.
- It is now possible to auto-generate a case review based on the category of an update. That case review will be linked directly to the update itself.
Case Reviews for Case Updates
- It is now possible to generate a case update directly from a case review (via the Case Updates tab). This functionality will connect the case update to the case review, making it easier to see related information in one place.
- Case reviews can be auto-generated for specific updates when configured in a case update category.
Invoice Enhancements
- It is now possible to CC other email addresses while manually sending invoices or overdue reminders. In addition, there are new options to CC yourself and/or the primary case contact when sending an invoice.
- Template variables can now be used inside the invoice Print Header and Print Footer fields, making it easier to populate dynamic information (e.g. service dates, claim number, etc...).
Trackops Video 1.4.18 & 1.4.19 Released
- New versions of the Trackops Video App has been released.
- Version 1.4.18 provides additional support for uploading on intermittent/unstable connections, as well as some timestamp improvements and other performance features and bug fixes.
- Version 1.4.19 provides additional timestamp edge detection for cameras that don't report duration metadata, making start and end times on these timestamps more accurate.
Staff Tag Audit Report
- A new Staff Tag Audit is now available (Reports tab) to better monitor the usage of tags across staff. This report will make it easier to determine which staff are associated with certain tags.
Other Enhancements
- A new document template variable exists (Updates.list_with_author) to include the author of the case update along with the existing update data.
- A case number column is now included in the Expense Detail by Staff report.
- Files in gallery display mode now contain download icons on each file, making it easier to direct download files without having to click into the file beforehand.
- It is now possible to search files on a case by reference number.
- Case flags on new case requests are now carried over to new cases when the case request is accepted.
- It is now possible to "pin" a case update to the top of the case update list from within a case. This addition makes it easier to keep important information at the top of the list, regardless of when it was posted.
- Limited access staff will now see the names of other staff who are assigned to the same activities, where previously they would only see themselves as being assigned regardless of how many people were assigned to the same task/event.
- Full access client contacts can now choose the location and/or primary contact when submitting a new case or case request.
