New: Case Update Activity Timeline

  • It is now possible to add a timeline of activity while creating or editing a case update. This new feature will allow users to more quickly track time-based activity logs while maintaining a consistent output across users with less formatting issues.
  • An activity timeline can be appended to a case update via the Case Update API Endpoint.

Updated Map Provider Integration

  • The external map providers have gotten an overhaul.  It is now possible to choose from one of several mapping providers (via General Global Settings)  for external map links and directions.
  • The case map now offers a link to quickly get directions between staff and event locations
  • Tasks and Events now offer a Get Directions link to each assigned staff with a valid address on file.

Other Enhancements

  • You can now export a list of your Invoice & Expense Items to a CSV file via the settings for easier auditing and reporting.
  • The Staff Tag Audit report now includes the staff Account Code.  This report now also includes the Classification Code in exports.
  • The Related Cases section of the Case Overview has been updated to include the status color and be easier to read.
  • File uploads now support .cme files.
