New: Vendor Contacts
- The vendor system now supports adding Vendor Contacts, which are additional users related to the vendor organization.
- User roles now allow configuring specific roles for "Vendor Contacts".
- Cases now allow assigning related vendor contacts when a vendor is assigned to a case as an investigator.
New: Inbound Email Signature Image Filtering
- It is now possible to configure the system to filter out signature images associated with inbound emails and case updates.
- When enabled, the system will use best practices to detect and strip out images commonly used in signatures such as company logos, headshots, and other small images that may otherwise end up in the files tab of a case.
Other Enhancements
- Email notification templates now support up to three additional CC emails, where previously only one email was permitted.
- Events marked Complete will now appear as a strike through on the calendar (similar to tasks and the agenda tab of the case).
- It is now possible to clone an existing subject type when creating a new one to more easily duplicate a subject type without having to manually re-add all custom fields.
