New: Just-In-Time (JIT) User Provisioning via Single Sign-On (SSO)
- The SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) integration has been updated to allow just-in-time automatic user provisioning. This feature allows customers who log in via SSO to onboard themselves, removing the ability to have the contacts provisioned ahead of time by staff.
History Log Enhancements
- Additional information is now logged along side a user login history record, including their operating system, browser, and Trackops application (if used).
- Account/subscription changes are now more verbosely logged in history.
New: Accept Credit Cards Online with Stripe
- It is now possible to accept credit card payments in Trackops using our new Stripe Integration.
- Once configured, you can enter credit card payments via the invoice or generate public links for your clients to pay directly online.
Other Enhancements
- Additional API endpoints have "reference_id" lookups, designed to reference an external id or lookup code. Reference IDs can be specified for these resources via the system settings.

- The Client Location API now supports lookups by primary location.
- The Client Contact API now supports lookup by primary designation (for each assign type).
- The Case Type API now supports a lookup by tag.
- SSO Identity Provider configuration now supports the use of a Login Hint to better authenticate users with multiple accounts.
- It is now possible to generate invoice links where customer can download and/or view invoices using a time expiring secure links.
- Client exports now include both the client account code and the client location account code
- Case lists and exports now include Admin Notes.
- A new custom field type is available for a US State Dropdown, making it easier to quickly add a list of US States as a custom field choice.
