Email Aliases for SSO Authentication
- SSO authentication now allows for the use email aliases during the login process. This new feature allows users use a corporate email address for authentication but maintain their personal/named email for communication.
Calendar Updates

External Calendar feeds now include additional information related to the event, including:
- Activities with addresses are now included in calendar exports, including a mappable address.
- Assigned Users are now attached as attendees to event calendar feeds.
- The case number associated with the activity is now automatically populated into the notes field of the calendar event.
- Calendars can now be designated for administrative purposes. Marking a calendar as administrative will remove activities on this calendar from selections on updates, expenses and case reviews. This feature will help remove clutter administrative todos when applying activities to the aforementioned resources.
API Endpoint Updates
- It is now possible to create an invoice payment via the API using the Create Invoice Payment API endpoint.
- Account code fields for clients, contacts, and salespeople are now available when retrieving invoices via the Invoice API.
- Account code fields for clients, locations, contacts, investigators, managers, and salespeople are now available when retrieving cases via the Case API.
- Reference ID fields for case types and case regions are now available when
- retrieving cases via the Case API.
- It is now possible to create a Case Request via the API using the Case Request API endpoint.
Other Enhancements
- A new Default CC Update Recipients setting is available in the General Case Settings which toggles the default send update behavior so that when multiple recipients are selected it automatically checks the box to send one message with CCs instead of multiple messages.
