New: Case Update Summaries (AI)
- It is now possible to generate AI summaries of case updates, allowing users an easy way to generate reports, progress reports and other update-specific deliverables.
- AI technologies are currently not available in our Canadian deployment due to regulatory restrictions.
New: MFA Recovery Codes
- Users are now able to generate and download MFA recovery codes for their accounts, providing a backup MFA mechanism to authenticate in the event their registered MFA device is lost or not accessible..
- Users can use recovery codes to authenticate if they do not have access to their registered MFA device.
New: Case State and Country Tracking
- Trackops now supports native state and country tracking at the case level. This new feature will allow customers to categorize cases into the geographical locations they originate without the need for custom fields or case regions.
- Relevant API endpoints have been updated to include the case country and case state properties.
Other Enhancements
- Cases now include the time since the case has been opened on the overview screen.
- Account codes can now be used as template variables in document templates.
- Support for CZ date and time formats has been added.
- The update category is now included when viewing case updates in list view.
- It is now possible to select up to 10,000 characters at once when enhancing case update content via AI.
- File uploads now capture the length (in seconds) of audio files.
