New: AI Summaries of Video Clips

  • Trackops now offers the ability to summarize video clips of activity and generate report style summaries based on the contents of the video. 
  • With this feature you can quickly analyze the contents of a video clip and generate a summary for use in a case update.
  • It is now possible to disable AI features completely via Settings > User Security Settings.
  • Note: AI features are not currently available in our Canadian deployment.

Trackops Video for Windows and Mac (version 1.5.1)

  • A new version of Trackops Video (1.5.1) has been released. 
  • This new version adds the ability to reprocess video files with incorrect timestamps due to daylight savings or timezone mismatches associated with the camera. This can be done by using the Reprocess option the video context menu, or by adding files to a bundle via Add Files > New Files (Advanced).

Auto-Switching Text For Colored Backgrounds

  • Font colors are now automatically adjusted to be the most visible on elements with colored backgrounds such as case statuses, case flags, and calendars.  This new feature will allow the use of a wider variety of background colors in various features while still maintaining text that is easy to read.
  • It is possible to disable automatic color switching via your Theme Settings.

Activity Fulfillment Updates

  • Activity Fulfillment has received an overhaul and is now more useful and now contains more actionable data.

Multi-Domain Single Sign-On Support

  • It is now possible to assign more than one domain name to an SSO identity provider configuration.  This makes it possible to support organizations that have users from multiple domains that authenticate using the same identity provider.

Unsaved Case Management for Clients

  • Client contacts now have the ability to filter case and case request lists by unsaved cases to find case that they have started and finished.  This ability makes it easier for them to come back and finish a new assignment after starting the intake process and not completing it.
  • Clients will now see a notice at the top of the case and/or case request list if they have unsaved cases, prompting them to click a link to review them.

Report Updates

  • It is now possible to group results by Country and US State style fields on the Review Question Distribution report.
  • The Review Question Distribution report now includes totals for all values at the bottom.
  • It is now possible to sort the Activity by Day report by Staff Name.
  • Bar charts now include the total value along side each chartable metric.

Other Enhancements

  • Date and Birthday style custom fields now a a document template variable to extract the day (i.e. weekday) of the date.  In addition, Birthday style custom fields have an additional age template variable to extract the age of the subject.
  • It is now possible to search expense entries by Case Status using the advanced search on the expense entries list.
  • Time input fields are now consolidated into a single input with suggestions, making it much easier to record the start time of things like case updates and events.  Previously it was required to select each time component (hours, minutes, am/pm, etc..) individually.
  • Additional history logging has been added for changes to User Roles and Access Groups.
  • It is now possible to search cases by assigned contacts as a fallback on the unified case search.  This new search feature makes it easier to locate 1-off cases from contacts where you may not readily have a subject name or reference number.
  • Available file storage is now freed immediately upon file deleting files from a case, and no longer requires the file to expire after 90 days before the storage can be reallocated.
  • There is now a setting available to disable all AI integrations throughout the system via the User Security Settings (Settings > User Security Settings).
