New: Workflows
- Trackops now offers the ability to create and manage workflows for your cases.
- Workflows allow you to determine which case statuses are available for the case lifecycle, as well as configure available workflow actions (see below) are available.
New: Workflow Actions
- Workflow actions (available on plus and premium plans) provide actionable checkpoints for routine case work and admin functions.
- Workflow actions generate action items at certain stages of a case, ensuring routine case work is handled within a specified timeframe.
- A Workflow Item Distribution report is available to breakdown action items by a number of criteria, allowing you to track cycle times and turnaround times across a variety of metrics.
New: Activity Assignment Audit Report
- A new report is now available to track staff assignments to tasks and events across all cases, including turnaround times.
Updated: Investigator Recommendation Engine
- Investigator recommendations now include the number of active cases as part of the recommendation criteria. This update increases the ranking specificity for investigators and provides additional context for managers.
- It is now possible to disable geographic ranking criteria in search recommendations. This is especially useful when assigning investigators to cases or tasks that do not require field work or are not location specific.

- Statuses for modules throughout the system have been updated to be more prominent and uniform. Updated modules include:
- Case Requests
- Case Reviews
- Company Policies
- Events
- Expense Entries
- Inbound Messages
- Invoices
- Payment Slips
- Tasks
- The Case Field report has been updated to include the client reference number and the case date, to make search and result handling more useful.
- The length of Name and Alias fields on Expense and Invoice Items has been increased.
