New: AI Document Summarization
- Trackops now offers the ability to summarize PDF documents, such as previous investigation reports, police reports, medical charts, etc...
- PDF documents must be under 25MB to be summarized. If you have documents that are larger, try reducing the quality of the PDF file and/or printing to PDF without images to reduce the file size. AI does not need high quality PDFs for summarization.
New: AI File Summary Presets
- When generating a summary on videos (and now documents), the user is required to enter a summary objective to better guide the AI prompt in how it analyzes the file and how it returns the information. Trackops now offers the ability to create AI Summary Presets to allow administrators to craft well-designed objectives that are re-usable by staff members across multiple files.
- This new feature will allow staff to use pre-designed summary objectives for a more consistent summarization experience.
Other Enhancements
- The Developer API now supports an expand_field_values option, which returns certain custom field values as JSON objects instead of strings.
- AI file summarization now supports Markdown Syntax for the ability to generate more structured summary objectives.
- AI Update Summarization now implements improved logic to improve output and reduce instances where content is blocked due to security filters.
