Sometimes clients provide you with a spreadsheet of cases to work. It is now possible to load cases into the system via a csv file without having to manually create them one at a time.
The Developer API is required to be enabled use this tool. Please make sure you have generated an API Token before attempting to import cases via a spreadsheet.

Trackops Video has been updated to address several issues:
- Merging a large number of files at the same time will no longer result in an error on Windows. Aside from performance increases and other various enhancements, here's the highlights:
- We've rearchitected checks around available disk space, which will prevent situations where the system may run out of available disk space while processing files. Instead we'll try to better predict when the disk will run out of space and provide an error message before running these processes.
- We've fixed an issue where attempting to create an account with an invalid subdomain would hang instead of returning an error message.
Note: Version 1.5.6 was released to address timestamp issues encountered in version 1.5.5.

The case list now includes a new field "Date Updated", which tracks the last time changes were made across an entire case. This means that whenever you add or modify anything on a case (i.e. case updates, files, expenses, invoices, tasks, etc...) this date will be updated to reflect those changes.
You can now search (advanced search) by the date updated via the case list.
Case API endpoints have been updated to reflect changes to this field (updated_at).
The "Last Update" field on the case list has been re-labeled as "Last Case Update" to avoid confusion.
Important Note: The Date Updated column will only become accurate moving forward after Aug 27 2025.

Case budget permissions used to be limited to a single permission, which controlled both the ability to view the case budget in hours and money. This was limiting to some organizations, so it is now been split into two permissions, one for hours and one for money.
User roles with the current "View Case Budget" permission will automatically inherit the "View Case Budget (Hours)" permission. In addition, user roles with the permission to "View Invoices" will also inherit the "View Case Budget (Money)" permission. User roles without the "View budget on cases" permission will not inherit any new permissions (no changes).

The tool for Purging Deleted Cases has been moved to the settings tab, under Admin Tools.
Better support for some international date formats.
Trackops is already fast. We've upgraded infrastructure and added additional performance improvements which have resulted in decreased response times of ~18% on average.
It is now possible to include custom case fields in Invoice Templates.
A new option exists for task templates to prevent generated tasks from having due dates on the weekend. If the option is selected, due dates that would fall on a weekend are moved to the following Monday.
