For those who prefer a darker color scheme, Trackops now offers a dark mode display! To configure dark mode, edit your user profile and change the "Display Mode" setting to one of three display mode choices:
Light Mode - The standard color theme you're used to.
Dark Mode - Makes the app display in dark mode all of the time.
System Setting - Automatically switches between dark mode and light mode based on your operating system preference.

This quality of life release addresses several storage related issues across windows devices where computers with locked down access to system information may cause the application to hang.
This update also addresses an issue with the auto-upload setting, whereby non-merge files (original videos) were also uploaded into the case along with the merge video itself.
Other Enhancements
Template variables are now searchable through the interface for both case update presets and email templates.
The "Case State" and "Case Country" variables have been added to applicable variable lists.
Case Review reports are now able to be grouped by "Client Location", where before they could only be grouped by "Client".
The Task API and Event API endpoints are now searchable by assigned staff member.
