Trackops has a new IRB Search Integration available for use. Customers who already have IRB Search accounts can now allow users to run searches, create interactive data exports, and save full IRB search reports back into their case without ever leaving the Trackops app.

New: File Upload Metadata
Trackops now automatically stores, processes, and extracts metadata from uploaded files. Each uploaded file in Trackops now contains a Metadata tab which shows you all of the custom metadata properties associated with your files.
Metadata can reveal sensitive or hidden information stored inside a files and can be used for investigations and quality assurance.
New: Case Search Now Includes Custom Case Fields
The global case search now includes values from custom case fields (for new cases moving forward).
This feature allows you to search additional reference numbers, and other input-type custom field values that help find existing cases.
Other Enhancements
Draft invoice totals now appear on the Invoice Watcher dashboard widget, if they exist.
Creating an invoice in "Draft" status no longer executes a case status trigger, preventing inadvertent status changes when the invoice is not ready.
When duplicating a case update, there is now an option to reset the activity date to today's date and time without manually selecting it from the calendar.
Changing the staff member on an expense entry no longer requires you to confirm an alert. Instead a warning is displayed on the page.
Domain names with longer TLDs (i.e. .management) are now supported in email addresses and domain names.
Just-In-Time SSO user creation now supports SAML attributes with spaces in them.
The email signature property is now included in staff API endpoints.
