Trackops AI has gotten an upgrade and is now much better at summarizing long and complex documents.
Trackops AI is now better at adhering to specific formatting instructions, including those defined in AI Summary Presets. New changes allow for a more control over summarization output, providing more uniform and predictable summary generation.
Trackops AI can now analyze more file types, including word docs, spreadsheets, and additional video formats.
The maximum summarizable document size has increased to 50MB (previously 25MB).
New: SSO User Provisioning Rules
Trackops now offers the ability to apply user provisioning rules to better customize user profiles during Just-In-Time (JIT) user provisioning.
User provisioning configurations and rules have been moved to their own tab inside the the identity provider configuration to better organize this data.

Previously, to mark a case review Complete, it required the manager to go into each case review individually, which could be tedious when large numbers of pending reviews were outstanding. Trackops now offers the ability to mark many case reviews Complete on one screen is now available.
From your case reviews list (Cases > Case Reviews), filter the list by Submitted reviews (and optionally any other criteria), then check the box(es) next to the reviews you want to complete. From here, click the Complete Reviews button above. At this point you'll be able to quickly mark reviews complete one at a time, or click a single button to mark them all complete.
Updated: Unscheduled Service Filtering
Unscheduled services now show more results on the screen.
In addition to the existing case service and case manager filters, it is now possible to quickly filter the unscheduled services by case number or subject name.
Other Enhancements
The case preview panel now includes upcoming dates of service.
The related cases module on the case overview screen has been redesigned and now includes the primary subject name to better identify cases with reopens for multiple subjects.
The related case file folders (files tab) now includes the primary subject name to better identify files connected to cases for specific subjects.
It is now possible to search and display case updates for related cases from the updates tab on a case, making it easier to aggregate updates across multiple active related cases for a unified view of update activity.. To do this, click the "Advanced" search link and check the box next to Include Related Updates.
Creating case updates from an event now includes check-in notes in the case update body. This provides a convenience mechanism for investigators who routinely store important information on the check-in itself to more easily create a case update with this information.
Email logo placeholders (i.e. a placeholder where the email logo would have been displayed on the email) when viewing notifications inside the system have been removed.
The ability to group the case distribution report by Workflow has been added.
The experience of moving files between folders and subfolders on cases has been visually improved and easier to understand. Additionally, the ability to move a folder into a subfolder of itself has been removed.
