Trackops now includes AI Assistants, which allow you use AI to automate routine work for management activities. These assistants allow you to define the rules required to approve or decline different types of work, and AI handles the rest.
There are currently three types assistants (with more to come) to handle these managerial functions:
Approve expense entries
Validate case updates
Complete case reviews
New: API Budget Details (Budget Adjustments) Endpoint
It is now possible to search and extract budget history for a range of criteria including the date, case, and user who is responsible for the budget adjustment via the Budget Details API endpoint.

It is now possible to configure the system to require a Tracking Category when submitting an expense entry (Settings > General Finance Settings).
It is now possible to prevent sending new case notices when completing a case or case review. To do this, uncheck the checkbox on the last step of the new case form.
The Turnaround Distribution Report can now be grouped by "Workflow".
The Case Distribution Report can now be grouped by "Created By" (the user who created the case).
Trend Reports, including the Case Trend Comparison, Profit Trends, and Revenue Trend Comparison, now indicate the raw value change along side of the percentage, where before only the percentage was displayed.
It is now possible to search licenses by Staff Tag (Staff > Licenses).
It is now possible to assign the salesperson and case manager when creating case requests via the Case Requests API. These values will supercede default values from the client profile and carry forward to the case once accepted.
It is now possible to search the Case Updates API by the "title" of the case update.
The case number format (Settings > General Case Settings) can now include the "Case State" as a variable in the case number.
Invoices without a case can now be assigned to any case, regardless of of who the client contact is. This resolves issues where the bill-to client is not the same as the case client.
It is now possible to manually mark a case update as Needs Attention, Awaiting Reply, or Complete. This can be done by clicking on the case update and clicking the Mark As button.
Additional AI Case Update Summary prompt improvements have been made to better increase rule following.
