You can customize the interface colors by going to "Settings > Customize Color Theme". From here you have the ability to choose a predefined theme, or customize the colors exactly how you like them.
To choose a predefined theme, simply click one of the options under the "Choose a color theme" box:
To customize the colors even further, click the color palette icon first, then use the round circles in the color wheel to adjust the colors.
