The Dashboard lets you create a personalized screen that contains your choice of any number of "widgets". Widgets provide information from the various sections within Trackops such as cases, events and tasks.
For example, the "Cases by Status" widget allows you to see all your cases categorized by their status.
Your dashboard is highly configurable. You can organize your dashboard by dragging widgets to different parts of the screen, as well as change the dashboard layout by clicking Edit Dashboard. Additionally, you can add more widgets by clicking the Add Widgets link at the top of your dashboard.
Note: There is a maximum of 10 widgets per dashboard tab.
You can also configure default dashboards for each of your user roles.
Note: You can disable the dashboard for any user by disabling their permission to "View Dashboard".
