There are two ways to submit a support ticket, either through email or via your Trackops system. We take pride in the speed of our communication, and our support team will respond within the same business day, with the exception of company holidays.
Typical turnaround times are within 1 to 2 hours based on current ticket volume.
Support through Email
To submit a ticket through email, simply send an email with your question to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email confirmation (including a ticket number) as soon as your ticket is received.
Support through Trackops
You can also request help, ask a question, or submit a feature request, right from within your Trackops program. To do this, click the Help button in the top right of your screen, and then click the Submit Ticket link.
Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an email confirmation (including a ticket number), typically within a moment or two.
