There are two ways to submit a support ticket, either through email or via your Trackops system. Using either method, you will receive an email confirmation (including a ticket number) as soon as your ticket is received.
To submit a ticket through email, simply send an email with your question to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also request help, ask a question, or submit a feature request, right from within your Trackops program. To do this, click the Help button in the top right of your screen, and then click the Submit Ticket link.
