Most lists inside Trackops are able to be customized, meaning that you can add columns to display information you need, and remove columns to hide information you don't. Each user can customize their own lists, and doing so will not affect other users in the system.
For example, to customize the case list, you would click Cases, then Case List. From here, click the small gray Customize List link on the far right side of the screen.
When the window appears, check the boxes next to the columns that you wish to display and then click Save List. That's it!
