Click the Settings tab, then click the Trackops Account Settings link. From here, click the Edit Billing Info button in the top right to make changes to your billing address and/or credit card information.
While editing your billing information, keep in mind, that the email address listed here will receive all of your account related correspondence. This includes approved/declined payment notifications, as well as subscription modification confirmations. Please make sure you keep this email up to date.
Important: If you do not see the Settings tab, or you do not see the Trackops Account Information section within the settings, then you do not have permission to change your billing info. Make sure you are an administrator (e.g. Chief Operator) to perform this function.
