The Sales Trend Detail report can be very useful in identifying current sales trends and predicting future sales trends across a variety of criteria, including by Client or Salesperson. So if you want to determine sales trends for your clients, this report can be used to compare sales by client over a number of months, quarters or years.
The report compares the first period to future periods. Numbers are displayed in red when sales dip below previous periods so its easy to see if client is spending less than usual or when a salesperson is generating less than usual. You can then use these metric to set future sales goals.
In addition, this report also ranks clients from best to worse or vice versa, allowing you to quickly identify your fastest growing clients.
