What's New in Trackops: June 2026

New: AI Summary Output Controls

  • AI summary generation has received several improvements to allow granular output controls for both AI Update Summary Generation and AI File Summary Generation, including via AI Summary Presets.
  • This new feature allows you to control the Flexibility and the Language Variety used when generating summaries:
    • Flexibility - This setting controls how closely the response follows the original content and how much it is rephrased or restructured.
    • Language Variety - This setting controls how much variety is used in word choice and sentence structure when generating the response.
  • Generating case update summaries has been moved to its own screen to allow for easier setting management.

New: AI Summary Presets in Edit Mode

  • It is now possible to apply AI Summary Presets directly in the editor while you're creating or editing an update.  For users who don't need to preserve the original content, you can now quickly format your updates according to your specific AI Summary preset rules in the editor by clicking the AI dropdown and choosing AI Summary Preset.
  • Note: Inline-generated summaries are not stored outside of the update and are no available for re-use like regular summary presets.

New: Review Statistics Distribution Report

  • A new Review Statistics Distribution Report is available (Reports tab) to provide more insights into reviews as a whole across various criteria, including staff.
  • This report will show all statistical values associated with reviews based on filtered criteria.
