What's New in Trackops: July 2026

New: Inline AI Case Update Summary Presets

  • It is now possible to apply an AI summary preset while editing a case update directly.  This feature allows you to quickly reformat or enhance a case update before saving it or while editing it. This feature allows you to make changes to an update without having to duplicate the content via traditional AI summary generation.
  • To apply an AI summary preset to an new or existing update, simply edit the update, select the text you wish to replace (or don't select text to leave both) and click the AI dropdown ( Screenshot 2026-08-04 at 10.40.19 AM.png ) from the editor. From there, select AI Summary Preset and select the preset to apply.

New: Event Check-In Case Status Trigger
