By default, Trackops uses multiple AI providers to better support our feature set. For customers who do not wish to use third party AI providers, you can configure your AI Provider Preference to allow Amazon only Models. This setting will ensure that all AI technologies utilize Amazon models.

Data Retention Policy Types
Zero data retention
Amazon Bedrock does not keep a copy of what you send to the model or what the model sends back. The request is processed in AWS, the result is returned and AWS does not store that exchange.
30-day retention
When we use OpenAI models, AWS may automatically scan requests for activity that violates AWS or the model provider’s use policies. If a request is flagged, AWS can keep that prompt and response for up to 30 days to complete an automated review. AWS holds that data. It is not shared with OpenAI, and Trackops does not opt in to sharing it with OpenAI. Requests that are not flagged are not kept. This extra review window applies to OpenAI models, not to Amazon’s own models.
